Mochachino Martini

2 1/2 oz Pristina Espresso Vodka
1 oz Graffiti Crème de Cacao Liqueur
Chocolate Syrup
Shaved Chocolate

Swirl chocolate syrup inside chilled cocktail glass. Set aside. Combine liquids in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into prepared cocktail glass. Garnish with shaved chocolate.

Tom Collins

2 oz. Empire Gin
1 tsp. Powdered sugar
Juice of half a lemon

Shake with ice and strain into a collins (tall) glass. Add a few ice cubes, fill with carbonated water and stir. Decorate with slices of lemon, orange, and a cherry. Serve with a straw.

Western Caesar

1 oz White Owl Whisky
3 dashes Tabasco
3 dashes Worchestershire
4 oz Caesar Cocktail mix

Mix and finish off with a celery stick and pickled bean in a salted rim glass.

1 oz Colita Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Ceili’s Irish Cream

Build in a rocks glass over fresh ice. Stir. Take the traditional Mudslide to the next level by adding 2 large scoops of ice cream and 1 cup of ice to the list of ingredients. Then blend until completely smooth. Pour into goblet. Enjoy!

1 oz Colita Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Highwood Premium Vodka
1 oz club soda

This is a layered drink. Pour ingredients as listed into a tall glass full of ice. Then insert straw and suck as hard a possible until finished.

Algonquin Cocktail

1 1/2 oz Rye whisky
1/2 oz dry vermouth
3/4 oz pineapple juice

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Dirty Melon

1 1/2 oz Graffiti Melon Liqueur
1/2 oz grenadine syrup
4 oz pineapple juice

Fill a tall glass with ice. Take mixing tin, 1 scoop of ice, add 1 1/2 oz. of Midori, fill with pineapple juice, then add 1/2 oz. of grenadine. Shake and strain into the tall glass.

Charm City Classic

1 1/2 oz Highwood Triple Sec Orange Liqueur
5 oz Iced tea
5 oz lemonade

First, mix the Iced tea and the Lemonade in a separate glass. Add the Highwood Triple Sec Orange Liqueur to a second Collins glass. Then, pour the mixed contents of the Iced Tea-Lemonade into the glass with the Triple Sec. Stir and drink.  

Maple Owl

1 oz Sweet Sippin Maple Whisky
1 oz White Owl Spiced Whisky

Pour and serve over ice.

Granny Smackers

3 oz Potter’s Premium Vodka
1 can or bottle beer
1 can frozen lemonade concentrate

Stir together the beer, lemonade concentrate and vodka. Pour into small glasses, and serve cold.

Angry Dragon

1 oz Abstract Sambuca
1 oz Potter’s White Rum
1 oz Margarittaville Silver Tequila
1 oz Colita Coffee del Sol liqueur

Layer Sambuca and White Rum in a glass (Whiskey glass works best). Have Tequila and Kahlua ready in separate shot glasses. Ignite Sambuca and rum mixture. Count till 5 and start to drink with straw (remember to hurry as the straw will melt), just before you get to the end of the initial mixture, add Tequila and Kahlua at the same time.

Ol' Fashioned Chocolate Cola

1/2 oz Abstract Creme de Cacao
2 oz cola
1/2 oz cream

Place ice into glass, add Abstract Creme de Cacao over ice, add cream then fill the rest with your favourite cola.

Razimitaz

1 c Sour Wave Raspberry Liqueur
1 box raspberry Jell-o (large)
2 c boiling water

Pour into individual plastic shooter cups. Chill until gelled.

Banana Berry

1 1/2 oz Graffiti Banana Liqueur
2 splashes grenadine
Milk

Pour Graffiti Banana liqueur over ice in a highball glass. Fill to the top with milk and add grenadine.

Build over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with an orange wheel.

1 1/2 oz Potter’s Traditional Navy Dark Rum
Top with cola and fresh lime juice

Build ingredients in a highball glass over fresh ice. Squeeze fresh lime garnish into the glass.

Abilene

1 1/2 oz Potter’s Traditional Navy Rum
2 oz Peach Nectar
3 oz Orange Juice

Pour into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well.

Hurricane

2 oz Highwood White Rum
2 oz Potter’s Traditional Navy Rum
2 oz passion fruit juice
1 oz orange juice
juice of half a lime
1 Tbsp simple syrup
1 Tbsp grenadine
orange slice and cherry for garnish

Squeeze juice from half a lime into shaker over ice. Pour the remaining ingredients into the cocktail shaker. Shake well. Strain into a hurricane glass. Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice

Classic Spanish Sangria

1 1/2 cups Momento Amber Rum
1 lemon
1 lime
1 orange
1/2 cup white sugar
1 bottle (750ml.) dry red wine
1 cup orange juice

Have the fruit, rum, wine, and orange juice well chilled. Slice the lemon, lime and orange into thin rounds and place in a large glass pitcher. Pour in the rum and sugar. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours to develop the flavors. When ready to serve, crush the fruit lightly with a wooden spoon and stir in the wine and orange juice. Adjust sweetness to taste.

Summer Breeze

1 oz Sahara Dry Gin
3 oz 7-Up
1 oz Lemonade

Pour into a tall glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge and enjoy the perfect refreshing BBQ'ing drink.

Gin Martini

2 oz Potter’s London Dry Gin
1 peel lemon
3 drops fresh lime juice
3 drops Vermouth

First, flavour the glass by adding a couple of drops of Vermouth, swish it about and then throw it out. Next, mix 2 ounces of Potter's Gin over ice in a shaker and shake for 8 seconds. Pour over ice into a martini glass. Squeeze in 3 drops of lime juice. Garnish with a lemon peal, or an olive if you like it "dirty".

Rootbeer Paralyzer

1 oz Potter’s Paralyzer Mix
1/2 oz Graffiti Root Beer schnapps
4 oz milk
3 1/2 oz cola

Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in Paralyzer mix, root beer schnapps and milk. Top with cola.

Classic Rye & Cola or Rye & Ginger

1 oz Potter’s Special Old Rye Whisky
3 oz Cola or Ginger Ale

Mix Potter's Special Old Rye Whisky with cola or ginger ale over ice in a tall glass. Dress it up with a lime wedge.

Jelly Shots

1 cup Potter’s Long Island Iced Tea
1 1/2 cups diet cola
1/4 cup lemon simple syrup
3 envelopes Knox gelatin
28 bamboo skewers and small lemon wedges for serving

Combine the Diet Coke and lemon syrup in a medium saucepan and sprinkle with the gelatin. Allow the gelatin to soak for a minute or two. Heat over very low heat until the gelatin is dissolved, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add Potter’s Long Island Iced Tea, stirring well to blend. Pour into a 9"x9" pan and refrigerate until fully set, several hours or overnight. To serve, cut into small circles or squares. Thread a small lemon wedge onto each bamboo skewer, followed by two small jelly shots. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 25 skewers, or about 50 small jelly shots.

Cherry Shake

1 oz Wild Cherry Whiskey
1 oz Abstract Amaretto
1 oz Ceili’s Irish Cream
1 splash 7-Up

Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass.

Whisky Sour

2 oz True North Rye Whisky
1/2 of a lemon juice
1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar

Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail glass and serve with a half slice of lemon and a cherry.

Flatliner Cocktail

1/2 oz Pristina Vodka
1/2 oz Midnight Blue Sambuca
dash Tabasco Sauce

Layer tabasco sauce on top of the Sambuca. Then carefully layer the vodka on top of them all.

Chocoholic Milk

1 - 2 oz Highwood Black Russian
Chocolate Milk

Serve over ice. Delicious!

Summer Brew

1/2 cup Highwood Premium Vodka
1 (12 oz) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
3 bottles Mexican beer
6 lime wedges, for garnish

Combine the limeade, beer, and vodka in a pitcher; gently stir. Serve over ice and garnish with lime wedges.

Banff Cocktail

1 1/2 oz Century Reserve 15 Year Custom Blend
1 lemon twist
1 dash bitters
1/2 oz Grand Marnier
1/2 oz Kirschwasser

In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the whisky, Grand Marnier, kirsch, and bitters. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.

Cosmopolitan

1 1/2 oz Marushka Vodka
1/2 oz Cointreau
1 tsp fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz cranberry juice
1 twist lime zest, garnish

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with lots of ice. Shake vigorously for several seconds and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime twist.

Sombrero

1 oz Abstract Amaretto liqueur
4 oz cream

Mix in lowball glass.

Apricot Sour

2 oz Abstract Apricot Brandy
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 tsp superfine sugar

Pour the apricot brandy, lemon juice and sugar into a cocktail glass half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange wedge and a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Alternate Root

1 oz Graffiti Root Beer Schnapps
2 oz orange juice
1 glass ice

Mix Graffiti Root Beer Schnapps, juice, and a glass of ice. Place in blender. Blend until slushy smooth.

Boozy Maria

1 oz peach schnapps
1 glass 7-Up soda

Mix and serve.

Koala Bear

1 oz Graffiti Crème de Cacao
1 oz Graffiti banana liqueur
2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Blend everything until smooth. Sprinkle nutmeg on top if desired.
